    Very first want to say thank for throwing some light on this most important topic as in this busy and lockstep life many of us are facing anxiety and depression and all other various causes that lowers down the confidence as well as self esteem. Yes Raksha, low self esteem is very harmful for your mental health.

      Yes you’re right, more than 80% of people estimate themselves to be less confident and somehow it becomes the cause of depression.
